Terms & Conditions — sga898 Platform Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "sga898" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to sga898 and its licensed operating entity, including the website accessible at https://sga898.cam and all associated services, games, and tools made available therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on sga898 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a Player on sga898 to access the platform's services.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — refers to the real-money amount held in a Player's account wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits granted to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" — stands for Know Your Customer; refers to the mandatory identity and address verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Games" — refers collectively to all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, lottery-style games (including togel, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot machines, and any other wagering products available on the sga898 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an active account on sga898, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

6. One Account Per Household: Only one account per household address, device, and shared IP address is permitted. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of whether different personal details are used.

sga898 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Registration on sga898 is subject to the following conditions:

1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile telephone number.
2. You are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fictitious information. Any account found to have been registered with inaccurate details will be suspended and may be permanently closed, with all associated funds forfeited.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. sga898 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
4. You must notify sga898 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Notification should be directed to our customer support team at [email protected].
5. sga898 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
6. Account usernames, once set, may not be changed without contacting customer support. Username requests that contain offensive, misleading, or brand-impersonating language will be rejected.

sga898 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. KYC compliance is required before any withdrawal request may be processed and may be requested at any time during your use of the platform.

The following documents are typically required:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear scan or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP). The document must be valid, unobscured, and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph clearly.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the last three months, showing your full name and current Indonesian residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face, taken on the date of submission. The image must be clear and unedited.
• Source of Funds (if requested): For large transactions or high-value accounts, sga898 may request evide nce of the source of funds used for gambling activity, such as recent bank statements or payslips.

KYC documents will be reviewed within 1–3 business days (WIB). sga898 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is deemed insufficient. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a formal request may be suspended pending resolution.

All deposits to your sga898 account are subject to the following conditions:

1. Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sga898 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.
2. Accepted Methods: sga898 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed on the deposit page within your account.
3. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Transfers below this threshold will not be credited and may be subject to return processing fees.
4. Processing Time: Deposits via local bank transfer are generally credited within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited instantly. Delays may occur during national holidays, Idul Fitri, or system maintenance windows.
5. Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment accounts registered in another person's name will be investigated and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
6. No Charge-Backs: By making a deposit, you agree that all transactions are final once credited to your sga898 account. Initiating a charge-back or reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider without prior authorization from sga898 constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal of funds from your sga898 account is governed by the following rules:

1. KYC Prerequisite: All withdrawal requests require completed and approved KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals under any circumstances.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7. Right to Withhold: sga898 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspicious activity, incomplete KYC, or suspected breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any hold and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

sga898 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to verified Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. Players who have previously breached these Terms or who are under active restriction are not eligible.
2. Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements ranging from 5x to 25x the bonus amount. The specific multiplier for each promotion is disclosed at the time of the offer. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are disclosed per promotion.

Abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using software to place systematic low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus manipulation with other players.
7. Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions may be offered during culturally significant periods including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions carry their own specific terms which will be clearly communicated at the time of launch.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on sga898:

1. Bet Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
2. Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. sga898 is not responsible for odds changes that occur before a Player confirms their selection.
3. Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where: an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the defined rescheduling window; the event result cannot be officially confirmed; an obvious pricing error occurred; or the bet was placed on a suspended or incorrectly available market. Void bets are refunded to the Player's account at the original stake.
4. Football Markets: All football (bandar bola, football bookmaker) markets, including Asian handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, are settled based on the result at full-time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in standard match result markets unless explicitly noted.
5. Live In-Play Betting: In-play markets close and suspend during significant match events (goals, red cards, VAR reviews). Bets placed during a live-betting suspension may be voided at sga898's discretion. Live bet settlement is final once confirmed.
6. Technical Faults: In the event of a technical fault during a game round (slot spin, live dealer hand, etc.), the round will be treated according to the relevant game provider's published rules. sga898 is not liable for losses arising from client-side connectivity issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sga898 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, or shared device.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate guaranteed profits (arbitrage abuse).
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer games or sports markets.
• Any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or is connected to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Attempting to reverse, charge-back, or dispute transactions through your bank or payment provider without prior written authorization from sga898.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account without their explicit and verifiable consent.

sga898 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering, to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player concerned.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is in place, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a minimum 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum tolerable loss amount per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the limit period resets.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by contacting our support team or updating your account preferences.

sga898 does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sga898 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, server outages, or maintenance periods, provided that sga898 takes reasonable steps to minimize disruption.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that contain errors, provided that sga898 takes reasonable steps to ensure data accuracy.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the sga898 platform.

In all cases, sga898's total cumulative liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits sga898's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player's account subject to the following:

1. Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding ineligible bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any pending investigation.
2. Closure by sga898: sga898 reserves the right to close any account, suspend access, and/or void pending bets and bonuses where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; you have failed to complete KYC within a required timeframe; or your account has remained dormant for more than 12 consecutive months without any login activity.
3. Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. sga898 will notify you by email at least 30 days before applying a dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 per month to dormant account balances. Accounts with a zero balance following dormancy fees may be permanently closed without further notice.

sga898 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

For non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to contact information), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the sga898 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and fund withdrawal before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sga898 holds its applicable international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and sga898, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of account and transaction queries are resolved within 24–48 hours through our standard support process.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body designated by the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
